Prohibited uses

You must not use the Service to: send unsolicited commercial messages in violation of Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL); post, generate, or distribute false, misleading, or defamatory content; submit fake reviews or incentivize reviews in violation of platform guidelines; impersonate any person or business; engage in any activity that violates applicable federal or BC provincial law; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system; transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code; harass, threaten, or harm any individual.

Review & messaging compliance

You are responsible for ensuring all review requests and customer messages comply with CASL. You must have express or implied consent before sending commercial electronic messages. The Service provides CASL-compliant templates as guidance only.

AI-generated content

AI-generated content is a drafting aid. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use. You must not use AI-generated content to deceive, mislead, or defraud customers or third parties.

Enforcement

Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund. We may report illegal activity to appropriate authorities. We reserve the right to modify this AUP with reasonable notice.
