We retain information only as long as necessary for the identified purposes or as required by law. Account data is deleted within 90 days of account closure upon request.

We make reasonable efforts to keep personal information accurate, complete, and up to date. You can review and update your account information at any time in your Account Settings.

7. Safeguards

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, copying, modification, or disposal. Measures include TLS encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews. Data is stored on servers located in Canada.

10. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party processors: Stripe (payment processing, US-based), Google APIs (Google Business Profile integration), and cloud infrastructure providers with Canadian data residency. Where data is transferred outside Canada, we ensure contractual protections are in place.
